Requirement of a Signature Upon Delivery
Shipments to non-residential addresses (including schools) will require a signature for delivery (Tell me ODYSSEUS covers the USPS fee for this added service). A signature is not required for residential deliveries.
Tell me ODYSSEUS orders are carefully packaged for delivery. In the event that items are damaged during transport, refunds and exchanges are available. To arrange for a return, contact Tell me ODYSSEUS within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Tell me ODYSSEUS will cover the costs to ship the damaged items back to New York City, and will provide the return address at that time. If possible, return item(s) using the original shipping box. Please pack with plenty of packing material and tape securely.
Once we have received your damaged item(s), a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be issued within 7 working days (your banking institution may require additional processing time before you receive the refund).
